The Mortal man is a fabulous pub in Troutbeck in the Lake District.
I can vouch for the staff and the accomodation and the amazing view down the valley.
I have stayed here with my dogs on three occassions and intend to be there later in September.
It is totally dog friendly and is a joy to stay at. I cannot recommend it more highly.
